It’s one part fiber, two parts mental stimulation and a million parts awesome. You’ve heard the bibliophile mantra, “I eat books!” Well, I agree. There are enough shows, websites, ads about how to feed your body, so why not a few more sites about how to feed your mind?

Who is AlteredLibrarian/Book Dweeb?
I am a librarian who loves to read, write, travel, draw and plan for the zombie apocalypse. Other interests include steampunk felties, Browncoats (okay, actually anything Joss Whedon), Philip Pullman, Harry Potter (Lupin for president!) and reading Stephen King in French.
Why did you stop writing book reviews for a while?
I spent the past few years working overseas (as a Peace Corps Volunteer), so blogging wasn’t really an option (crazy slow/pay-per-megabyte internet), but I’m back and ready to catch up on everything I’ve missed in the world of teen and children’s literature.
