The Knight at Dawn (Magic Tree House 2) by Mary Pope Osborne

Knight at Dawn

Knight at Dawn

The Magic Tree House is one of the most popular series out there for it’s educational value and creative storytelling. Parents will love these books about two siblings who travel back in time and learn about history. Kids will love the easy-to-understand language and eye-catching covers. Some readers may feel like they’re getting a little fiction with their history, but as a transition from picture books to chapter books, I would recommend this series.
